Juliet picked up two movies she had requested from the library. We watched them this past weekend.
Mystery of the Nile is “an IMAX film documenting the first successful expedition to navigate the entire length of the Blue Nile and Nile from its source in Ethiopia to the Mediterranean Sea.” Thanks Wikipedia. It was kind of fun to watch for the adventure. There were some beautiful shots of Ethiopia. There were some neat comments about how much the Nile and it’s source being in Ethiopia means to Ethiopians.
A Walk to Beautiful is a documentary about the “mistreatment of mothers who suffer from childbirth injuries in Ethiopia.” Thanks again Wikipedia. The movie followed several women (girls really) through their attempts to get help with health problems and put their lives back together. It was very emotional.

I had never heard of Mystery of the Nile - I want to check it out now!
